All Orders are sent out Standard First class within 2 weeks of ordering.If you would like your order to be sent recorded or special delivery then please email me and will be happy to oblige ( extra costing will occur for these services due to the pricing from royal mail, a receipt will be sent to you to proof the extra cost you will have paid)
On all the "Buy Now" buttons the delivery has been added automatically for you. If you buy a lot of items off me and have been charged x amount of times for delivery then I will refund you accordingly so that you are only paying one fair price for your whole order.

Due to the personalisation of the orders I do not give out refunds unless a genuine mistake on my behalf has been made.
I do ask that you check all proof wording and spellings before the orders are printed to avoid any mistakes.
